This is a very beautiful and well-known square faience bowl dish from Royal Copenhagen (originally manufactured under the maker name Aluminia). The item is part of the iconic Tenera series, and this specific motif featuring the blue fantasy bird/peacock was designed by the well-known artist Marianne Johnson. The series was created under the artistic direction of Nils Thorsson and was produced during the 1960s and 1970s. Dimensions: approx. 8.7 x 8.7 in (22 x 22 cm) Condition: The dish is in very fine condition, intact and clean without chips or cracks (see pictures for your own assessment). Packed very carefully with bubble wrap and sent securely as a TRACKABLE PACKAGE.
