Shipping & delivery

Packing

All items are wrapped individually, cushioned and double-boxed where needed. We reuse clean packing material when we can — it protects your object just as well and is kinder to the planet.

Handling time

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Delivery times

Sweden: 1–3 business days. Nordics and EU: 3–8 business days. Rest of the world: 7–21 business days.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by customs and peak seasons.

Shipping cost and tracking

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. A tracking number is emailed to you automatically as soon as the parcel is registered with the carrier.

Insurance and transport damage

All shipments are insured. If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the object before unpacking further and contact us at info@polarvintage.com within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement refund or claim with the carrier.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duty, VAT and customs handling fees in the destination country. These charges are payable by the buyer and are not included in our prices.

Uncollected parcels

Parcels that are not collected and are returned to us may be charged an actual return-shipping and handling fee, which is deducted from any refund.
