A fantastic wall plaque in partially glazed ceramics from Upsala-Ekeby, designed by Mari Simmulson. The motif features a stylized female face framed by a colourful floral wreath in relief alongside geometric patterns. The rough, brown chamotte surface creates a tactile and beautiful contrast to the incised and raised details in bright shades of white, yellow, turquoise, pink, and purple. An iconic and charming artwork that brings instant character to any wall.
