Selling 5 of these colorful ceramic plates, a sought-after Italian collector's plate from “Piatti del Buon Ricordo”. It comes from the historic and prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant Casa Perbellini 12 Apostoli (formerly Ristorante 12 Apostoli) located in the heart of Verona, Italy. The text on the plate shows that it is dedicated to the dish “Petto di pollo alla crema con funghi” (chicken breast in cream sauce with mushrooms). That is why the motif features the characteristic roosters and small mushrooms on the ground. They are hand-painted and produced by the famous ceramic studio Ceramica Artistica Solimene in the town of Vietri sul Mare on the Amalfi Coast. Dimensions: approx. 8.7 in (22 cm) Condition: One of the plates has a repair, otherwise they are in very fine condition! (See photos)
